Iion exchanger cartridge

Mean real rationalisation and relieve you of many tasks. No more waiting for regeneration and no more regeneration and postage costs. After the exhausted cartridge has been replaced, the device is immediately ready for use again. The disposable cartridge has a special resin filling with a high exchange capacity ranging from 0.1 to 50 µS, which is monitored by an electric conductivity meter with indicator diodes. Colours green and red when 50 µS have been reached. Exhausted cartridges can be destroyed without any problems. The filling can even be used for loosening the soil. Please note: All devices have been built for unpressurised operation. When putting the device into operation, the outlet must not be shut off or blocked; never remove or increase the pressure reduction diaphragm in the inlet tube; always turn off the tap after the device has been used or when the cartridge is replaced; when a resistance of 50 µS has been reached, the cartridge must be replaced. The exchange capacity is based on this final value; using the black test button, it is possible to monitor proper functioning. All diodes must light up. The device must be connected and filled; the pH value of the ultrapure water starts at 6.5 pH and, depending of the degree of exhaustion and tap water quality, drops to 4 to 5 pH. Conversion basis 1° French hardness = 0.56° German hardness. The device, which is only available as a wall-mounted model, consists of: conductivity meter with a diode display incl. cable and male connector. Connected load 220 V. Disposable cartridge with a special resin filling. 1.5 m inlet tube with ¾” coupling nut, 0.5 m discharge tube, robust cartridge holder incl. fastening material. Dimensions: Ø 115 mm, height 515 mm. Exchange capacity at a flow rate of approx. 30 to 40 l, termination at 50 µS: 405 l at 10° French hardness, 203 l at 20° French hardness and 135 l at 30° French hardness.
