Media Bottles, sterile - PET Copolyester (PETG)

Pyrogen-free (gamma-ray sterilised). Made from polyethylenterephthalate copolyester. Transparent, extremely compact design with tightly sealed screw closure and security ring to ensure sterility. Ready for immediate use for storage of filtrates and tissue culture media, as well as for other liquids under sterile conditions. PETG is a totally transparent plastic with very low gas permeability. May be used at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C, not sterilisable. The bottles are securely packaged in standard packs and shrink-wrapped, fitted with a white screw top. For this reason they are only available in the quantities listed in the packaging units, not available individually! Good chemical resistance to aqueous solutions of mineral acids, salts, oils, alcohols and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Unsuitable for alkaline solutions, solvents or strong acids.
