The handy tablet cutter splits tablets safely and accurately in half with very little effort and can also be used as a tablet container.
It should however be noted that dividing tablets in half does bear the risk of changing their properties. As a general principle, if the accompanying leaflet permits splitting, there is no risk. In other cases, consult a chemist before dividing or cutting the tablet.
