VITLAB^®genius² dispensers can be used almost universally and are suitable for use with many organic and inorganic solutions. The materials in contact with the media (borosilicate glass, Al2O3 ceramic, FEP, ETFE, PFA, PTFE, platinum-iridium and PP) are resistant to most acids, solvents and alkalis. The practical screw mechanism and the interior toothed rack allow for quick and precise volume adjustment. The easy-to-use calibration function helps you to meet all of the requirements for inspection equipment monitoring – without downtime for the device. Reagent loss during ventilation is prevented by the innovative recirculation valve. The screw-on discharge valve is equipped with an additional safety bulb and closes the dosing channel, when the dosing needle is not installed, so that no medium can escape. The dispensers are equipped with a direct displacement plunger and with a sealing lip, made from fluoroplastic PFA, which fits along the cylinder wall. The constant stripping of the cylinder wall according to the “windscreen wiper principle” prevents crystal formation in media which crystallise easily. The glass cylinder wrapped in plastic reduces the risk of splashing in the event of breakage. The telescopic suction pipe can be continuously adjusted to a wide range of bottle heights. VITLAB^® genius² dispensers are fully autoclavable at 121 °C (2 bar) in accordance with DIN EN 285 and are DE-M marked.
