The pumps of the FLUX 4070 PP design are light, transportable motor pumps, suitable for thin media of up to approx. 600 mPas. The tubular pump tube sets with a diameter of 40 mm fit into carboys, balloons, barrels, all narrow-necked containers and open tanks. All pump tube set components coming into contact with the liquid are made from Polypropylene, Hastelloy C and PTFE. These substances are resistant to almost all aggressive chemicals. Using the pump, filling is easily possible with a throttled or shut-off outlet. For using the FLUX 4070 PP as a mixing unit, the outer tube is screwed off the pump tube set by hand in a single action and replaced with a mixing tube that is screwed on. The liquid taken in at the base of the mixing tube is emitted again via the opening above the pump rotor, resulting in a strong and always continuous mixing effect.
Design:
The pump FLUX 4070 PP has been designed according to the modular principle. For cleaning and replacement, the motor can be disconnected from the pump tube set without any special tools and the outer tube can easily be removed from the pump tube set. The pump tube set is self-draining so that there are no liquid residues in the pump. The motor of the pump is double insulated, splash-proof and radio-interference-suppressed, ensuring an exceptionally high level of safety. With integrated lifting eye.
Attention:
As standard, all pumps are now equipped with a sealing insert which is also suitable for hydrofluoric acid. Pumps of the 4070 PP type are not explosion-proof.
